Originally from the south-west of France, Julien has brought the sun into the bistro and onto the plates of his guests. Close to his customers, attentive, funny, Julien always pays attention to make them have a good time. At breakfast, lunch, and dinner: Julien serves his customers with a smile, as the online reviews testify of it. His favourite moment? The afterwork ! Beyond the bar, the cuisine remains the centerpiece of Le Vénitien thanks to the chef Noël Salameh who treats his guests at lunch and dinner with his creative cuisine !

THE CHEF

Noël was born in Brittany but during his childhood he moved around a lot with his parents. He lived in Marseille, Canada, Arles, Morocco… and finally settled in Bordeaux. His favourite dish at Le Vénitien is the Filet of Seam Bream as a memory to his origins. His favourite creation is the finger food Croque Monsieur, which is rolled and sliced, for it to be easier to share. Before working at Le Vénitien, Noël worked at La Brasserie Bordelaise, an institutional restaurant in the city center of Bordeaux.

He met Julien thanks to a mutual friend in Bordeaux. Julien used to go and eat in the restaurant where Noël worked. He immediately saw in him an excellent chef. When Julien decided to return to Paris to take over Le Vénitien, they created the menu together and Noël became the official brasserie’s chef !
